All quotes include delivery as priced

Any drawings accompanying quotes must be signed along with the order

Vat at the prevailing rate

Normal delivery 4-6 weeks depending on stock

For bespoke items please allow up to 8 weeks

Payment strictly 30 days unless settlement terms agreed

Delivery will be made to stores unless otherwise requested

If delivery is made to other areas at the request of the recipient then adequate storage Facilities must be provided. Lost time by (hereafter referred to as the company) as a result of storage not readily available, will result in a surcharge of £30.oo per man hour for lost time.

Damaged goods/short delivery

Goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any discrepancies noted on the delivery note. The customer must inform the company of any short delivered goods at the time of receipt. Claims will only be considered if this procedure is followed.

Fitting

Unless otherwise agreed in the company offer, the price quoted for fitting of units into an area do not include removal of existing units . If the area has not been prepared /cleared then the charge for removal is £30.00 per man hour.
Fitting will be to the plan/drawing agreed by the customer and the company. Changes to this plan by the customer, which have not been agreed, may incur charges.
Disconnection and connection of mains services will not be undertaken by the company.
Any extra charges incurred by the company will be invoiced separately.

Cancellation

After a fitting date has been agreed between the customer and the company, cancellations must be formally notified at least 3 days before. Failure to do this may incur travelling expenses, staff costs and vehicle costs at the company’s rate.

Payment

Payment as stipulated above is 30 days. The goods remain the property of the company until payment is made. Delayed payment through no fault of the company may be subject to a surcharge.
